Meals:
Refreshments will be provided in all sessions. A catered lunch on the second day is included with your registration. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the campus.

An assortment of hotels are located nearby if you wish to stay off-campus. See the hotels’ websites for maps and additional details.
Airport Transportation:
Attendees flying to Nashville will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the Nashville International Airport. Please schedule your flights to allow plenty of time after the conference closes to travel to the airport, check your baggage, and clear security.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 30 days or more before the conference- full refund
If you cancel less than 30 but more than 7 days before- 50% refund
If you cancel less than 7 days before, or don't show- no refund.
