- Please fill out all the information as indicated. Pay particular attention that your email address is correct--this is where we will send your confirmation which will serve as your admission ticket to the conference. Print it out.

- Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the conference- full refund
If you cancel less than 30 but more than 7 days before- 50% refund
If you cancel less than 7 days before, or don't show- no refund.

- If we (Karyn Henley Resources), should cancel this event, you will have the option for a full refund, or registration fee may be applied to a future Karyn Henley Resources event. Reasons for cancellation would include (but would not be limited to):
- Karyn Henley, or any individual member of her support team, family or the company should die, become ill or incapacitated for any reason.
- In our judgment, performance of the event may expose any member of the support team or attendees to danger, injury, or civil strife of any kind.
- Performance of any of the obligations hereof becomes impossible or impractical by any reason of strike, civil unrest, fuel rationing, unforeseeable act or order of any public authority, epidemic, dangerous weather conditions, national or local state of emergency, fire or other catastrophic event or condition of any kind or character.
- Cancellation of any lodging arrangements with Scarritt-Bennett Center or any area hotel will be handled per the cancellation policy of that establishment. Lodging cancellations will be the responsibility of the attendee.
